After a few years in school being surrounded by college aged people is easy to take for granted. “The real world can’t be that much different,” they say. After taking a semester off and now being back in classes full time. Wow. Graduation is a scary thought. Its such a luxury to be surrounded by intelligent young people again, it’s crazy. Just two days on campus and graduate school is looking more and more appealing.
Classes don’t look too bad thus far:
* Comp 396 - Independent Study in Computer Science
* Comp 550 - Algorithms & Analysis
* Hist 142 - Latin American Colonial Rule
* Math 547 - Linear Algebra for Applications
* Stat 435 - Introduction to Probability
The only really scary course is linear algebra. I’m hoping to pick up another independent study to begin working on a senior honors project in computer science.
Had the pleasure of seeing Taledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby last night with Katie. Will Ferrell rocks. I wish I had his intensity.
Senior night tonight at He’s Not. You bet.
