I made the journey to Gastonia last night to see the latest Star Wars debut at midnight with Rich. I really enjoyed it. All of the strings in the story line came together beautifully and it is nice to have closure on it. The movie is much darker than the others and somewhat depressing, though. What was interesting to me was watching Anakin’s transformation from good to evil. His fall to evil was the result of good intention and hunger for power. Revenge of the Sith was engaging & thought provoking. Good job Lucas.

Wow. The flight crew just gave out these amazing warm towelettes. A nice touch. Unfortunately I couldn’t wash my left hand too thoroughly since I have important hotel information written on it. That’s how I travel. My flight left an hour later than expected so I’m not sure what my game plan is when I get to Munich. It probably involves running fast though. That’s fine by me, getting “look at that stupid American” looks is often amusing. My oversized backpack should add to the scene. Well, I’ve got 25% battery left so I’ll save it for the unknown (and by unknown I mean 15 minutes from now when I get bored again). And thus my journey begins…
